R6 is for people with a specific goal and a hard deadline (a holiday, a shoot, a competition, or someone who simply wants to make serious, structured progress in six weeks). You get a custom protocol, bi-weekly check-ins, and real coaching experience you won't get from an app alone.

1-1 coaching is for people who want the whole package. You're not buying a programme; you're getting a coach who knows your history, your life, your schedule, and your blockers. Weekly check-ins, individualised programming adjusted as you go, and someone in your corner every single week. R6 (Resistance Six) is a six-week transformation track with real coaching built in. It starts with a short intake: your goal, training history, schedule, and deadline. From there, your coach builds a custom protocol specifically for you. Not a template. Not a modified general plan. A protocol written for your situation.

Throughout the six weeks, you have bi-weekly check-ins where your progress is reviewed, your training adjusted, and any blockers addressed directly. You're not just following a plan; you're being coached through it. R6 also includes a free month of Proven after completion so the momentum doesn't stop. The next intake opens tba.

Every week, you check in with your coach. Your training is reviewed, your progress assessed, and the plan adjusted accordingly: not monthly, not when it feels convenient, but every week without exception. Your programme is built from scratch to fit your life: your schedule, your equipment, your goals, your limitations. There are no templates.

When you have a question, you ask your coach directly. When life gets in the way, your plan adapts.
